  8.  AB    OBJECTIVE: The objective of the study was to find out the ways and means
  9.        of facing the deadly attack of AIDS, focusing on socio-anthropological
  10.        heritage and culture. METHODS: A non-extractive participatory method was
  11.        followed random sampling of the potential Households and individuals the
  12.        elements of the study were: People's behaviour, culture, ethical issues
  13.        gender relation, social bondage and the working pattern and mobility
  14.        nation. Condom users and city working place, working women and foreign
  15.        link as wage labour. RESULTS: The study conducted by BMS reveals the
  16.        intricate issues. One of the findings regarding the homosexuals
  17.        challenge the people's opinion about non-existence of homosexuals in our
  18.        country. The increasing number of the prostitution signals our
  19.        conscience and put forward the need of emergency action to stop invasion
  20.        of AIDS. CONCLUSION: Training and demonstration of social impact of HIV
  21.        should be made available to them. Culture has its own element to meet
  22.        the challenges.
